1. What We Do
We sell authentic, handcrafted Moroccan items. By placing an order with Moroccan Gems, you agree to the terms below.
2. Prices & Taxes
– All prices are shown before taxes and shipping.
– Shipping costs are paid by the client and shown at checkout (or communicated directly if arranged by email/WhatsApp).
– If you’re ordering from outside Morocco, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply in your country. These are your responsibility.
– Prices may change, but confirmed orders are billed at the rate shown when you placed the order.
– Products remain our property until fully paid.
3. How to Order
You can order:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there’s a payment issue.
4. Payment
We accept:
– Wise Transfer
– Credit cards (via PayPal)
– Direct PayPal payments
– Bank transfers
5. Delivery & Shipping
– All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
– Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
– Delivery times will be confirmed once your order is placed.
– Delays caused by customs, carriers, or missed delivery attempts are outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
– You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items (except personalized/custom products).
– Items must be unused and in original packaging.
– Return shipping is at your cost.
– Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.
Please note: Customized products, fragile/perishable items, and unsealed items (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
7. Product Availability
– Items shown on our website are available while stock lasts.
– If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you and issue a refund.
8. Quality Guarantee
– If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll exchange or refund it.
– Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@moroccangems.com with your order details.
9. Responsibility
– Customers are responsible for checking import regulations in their country.
– Moroccan Gems is not responsible for misuse of products or internet-related issues (e.g., delays, outages).
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.moroccangems.com (photos, texts, designs) belongs to Moroccan Gems and cannot be copied without permission.
11. Privacy
We collect personal information only to process your order and improve our services.
– Your data may be shared with delivery and payment providers.
– You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by contacting us.
